I don’t think they hate lsu. I also don’t understand their stars. They had quite a few girls over konner and that baffles me. Where do they get these stars from and why do these people get to decide how many stars someone is worth.

Their bias against all things LSU is blatantly obvious hence why I said they hate LSU. I don’t think they have ever like a single one of our new leos, even ones that your average gymternet user who is an LSU hater has said that they love. They routinely rate our leos lower than every other team including Oklahoma who is notorious for doing way too much on every single leo. Even in their reports about the team as a whole, they don’t even try to be unbiased or optimistic about the team’s potential for years to come then sing the praises of every other NCAA team

You are right lsugymfann . They do show unbridled bias against LSU. It would be a good thing if they could be rated by readers. I've heard others besides LSU fans complaining about their tacky posts and flawed opinions.

I just watched Kiya's episode and came here to say I never thought I'd be crying my butt off for a gym team competing on the other side of the world.

Its pretty big that they got into that over other SEC teams, I would think. Though, it is also possible the other teams didn't want to do it so early in the season - it could put us in an early season bind, similar to this year, with scheduling, but given the exposure, I htink probably a good trade off.

I don’t know why it should put us in an early season bind. Gymnastics isn’t about W-L. We could come in 4th at that meet with a high 197, in theory. That would be a great road score, especially in January. Going on the road and on a podium in a quad meet will only prepare the women better for post season, counting score or not.

Well, I am just remembering this season and the whole like 3 meets in different time zones in ten days…it started us off from a fatigued place. That’s what I meant.

This is the article from ABC concerning the Inaugural event in case some missed it. Oklahoma and Utah have ALREADY committed to the meet in 2025 which will be held in Oklahoma. I guess OU will be in the SEC by then. The SEC will be a challenging force with another strong team to add to the mix.

I'm going to need somebody else to take over designing the leotards. ACK please take over this again! LSU's leotards used to be so nice. Now they are all just TOO much and gawdy. Please don't turn us into the new OU.

So after watching the series I don’t think anyone but maybe kiya will come back next year. I think alyona and Kai will leave together. Which I kinda love cuz it’s really sweet!
