Pickering doesn't seem very realistic.

Agree, they locked Momma up.

Would be similar to Nick Saban’s 2001 class at LSU!

Ish going to Bama. Bama has told him they will place Rodney in the JC in Tuscaloosa for a year to make sure he gets eligible and sign him to a scholarship the next year. Ish fine with that.

Sounds like a plan to me. And when Rodney never makes it to Tuscaloosa, we can hold that up as an example to future kids that Saban will tell you anything to get you to sign, so don't fall for it.

I bet they sign short of 25 and keep those for grad transfers or 2020

No, guy I responded to saying that we would pass on Parker for a bigger talent. That option is definitely on the table.

Yeah I read this somewhere else as well. Would be great to get a nice OT to add here. We certainly need it.

Would this be a bigger OT talent, or could it be any position?

If it's another OT, can you give us a hint? Maybe the state they're from?

Or just tell us?

At this point I'd have to say best available. There's no real surefire shot at an OT. They've talked with several, including some transfers, but last spot could go several different ways depending on things shake out on these visits.

Lee
Parker
Hampton
Williams
Moore
Young

Would love the Sopsher brothers, but I think they are going to the Tide

Vol, what position groups, by number, would you say we finish with?

I feel like Hampton isn't going to make it to LSU, so we could just use that spot on Byron.

I feel like Cassandra here, but does no one else see the looming crisis at safety? We recruited zero last year. This year we're ramping up and recruiting ZERO again.

Maybe we can move Joseph from corner to safety? Well, that makes last year's corner haul zero. If we sign no more DBs this year that makes four in two years! Two years from now we will be relying on true freshmen, and that's going to suck.
Maybe they plan on Marcel Brooks at safety, idk. That could be one.

Who's Cassandra? Pics?

Here's who I have on our safety depth chart, as of right now:

Delpit
Stevens
Harris
Monroe
Joseph
Lewis
Brooks

Hampton would be another, if he makes it here.

I feel that we are loaded here. Lots of DB's in state next year, too...I see at least a couple that are likely takes and that could be safeties.

Would take the above all day long...because of Moore and Young.

It's hard to say without these visits being done, but right now
1. Ish
2. Rod
3. Hampton
4. Lee
5. Williams/Ward (Leaning Williams)
6. Parker or Best Available
