They don’t develop

With only two years of high school football experience and coming off an off-the-field injury, SEC play may have been too much of a jump for Quency.
For his sake hopefully the competition to get on the field is not that great at Colorado and he can develop his game to his physical potential.
All of this is correct. I will add this. I went to high school with his mom. She was an extremely quiet introvert. She was very sweet when she did interact with others but that was very rare.
From what I've heard, Quency has a good bit of that in him as well. It's not a bad thing being that he isn't a trouble maker & is well raised. The issue though is trying to coach players up like that to have a mean streak & do the things fundamentally & mentally to be productive on the football field.
With Quency, it's going to take a DL coach to be able to reach him personally first & foremost to be able to get him to display his untapped potential. Unfortunately, the situation at LSU didn't play out that way.

He’s had Andre Carter in his first year after he got hit by a car and didn’t have a dline coach in year 2. Hasn’t really been able to be coached up at LSU.

Good choice for him. He picked a place where there is no quality competition in front of him and he’s probably been promised the chance to start against much weaker competition week in and week out. It’s a win for him.

These current athletes be so quick to praise the next school they choose, then if it don't work out lol

The fact that we had no DL coach this season didn’t help. Same with STs.

Thanks! Mixed that up. Recruited by Carter, then gets Cain, and then Lindsey who’s been out. Lot of change in two years

Technically you are correct, Colorado's ceiling is 7-5 with Prime, but only if he continues to have multiple 1st round draft picks on the roster to help him overcome how mediocre he is as a coach.
I mean, he is a great motivator and recruiter. He just needs to make the right hires for oc and DC.

That could be a great get for them

How’d you calculate this? I don’t know how the stupid from some of this board still surprises me

Yeah great move for him it allows him to get on the field. At end of day that's all that matters. He wasn't going get many reps here with current DEs, Womack, and edge players coming in.
