I'm not going to pretend to have deeply studied his game, but Purdue is one of the worst teams in FBS and definitely the worst P4 team. Color me skeptical that anybody on that team is worth taking unless they're a super raw physical specimen. This better not be what CBK meant when he said he was going to hit the portal hard.

Do you understand that the portal is just for this reason? So that teams (and players) can level up? A good player on a bad team can move to a good team. A good player at a small school can move to a big school. And a bad player at a good school that is sitting the bench can move to a bad school and potentially play.
LSU is recruiting the player, not the team he is on.
The NFL is loaded with players from shitty teams.

Yea man I agree. When a team is bad there is no way they have any good players at all. Dude is proven DE in the Big 10. Second best conference in the country. These are the type of guys you get stops with.

Nic Scourton, who is a DE and was Texas A&M’s best player this year, transferred from Purdue and will be a top 10-15 pick in the draft.
