Wasn't really bashing Louisiana as much as bashing some of the posters in this thread that live down to Louisiana's reputation. The ones that would cause outsiders to think Louisiana was somehow cheating to even be rated as high as it is.

FWIW, yesterday was staff development day in Terrebonne Parish so no students were at school anyway. Also heat is controlled by individual classrooms, so if they are cold in this picture it’s their own fault.
