Apparently they don't have heat at Terrebonne high school. Or if they do, they either don't use it on purpose or don't know how to use it. How can kids learn when they are not comfortable? I hate being cold and all those people look cold.

Does this look like it is outside, idiot?
Usually you take off your coat when you go inside a building. Especially if you are going to spend a whole day there. And don't have to walk around wearing a coat with your hands in your pockets.
