Not even close to what I said. And my stance remains the same. I will always want in state guys as well. What exactly is wrong with that? It might be greedy, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing when wanting good players.

Breather, Antoine is the first and only big L in-state so far.

They have locked everyone else down that was important. There will also be several Senior evals that they will make a push on, like every year.

Who before this year, I can’t remember another Louisiana recruit who’s ever chosen Mich over LSU.

Anthony Thomas and he was one of the top RBs in America out of Winnfield.

We did a swap and Pickett is 10x better

Louisiana kids don't take a backseat to any of these kids from elsewhere. I get Pickett has elite measurables but most NFL DBs are closer to Antoine coming out of high school.

Any word on the Opelousas rb lately? I think it’s ford. He gives me Devin white vibes but who knows what the coaching staff sees him as

When Miami keeps going 8-4 and maybe 9-3 Antoine will transfer back to LSU.

Other than conference perception, which only matters to fans, what's the difference between Miami going 9-3 and us going 9-3? Are we gonna lose Underwood, Pickett etc if we go 9-3? What kind of rationality is that? Same rationalization folks used last year with TAM. 9-3/8-4 would've saved Jimbos job and crushed our recruiting class.

Antoine isn't a huge loss but considering our need they must replace him with an equal or greater prospect. I personally think he could be a hell of a nickel or S. Not so much a CB. Reminds me of Toviano and Ryan. CB just isn't their spot.

Well, he was actually being generous because more than likely Miami goes 7-5 or worse.
