Not many players, or starters in general have jumped into the portal. Stamps isnt a bad player... just smidge slow for sec. And got replaced by best cb in America, and another top 10-20 cb true fr. Woodland and brown beat him out as well

Kylan Billiot is ranked 16 for on3 as well.
Him and Stamps will slide down in the next 3 weeks. Stamps actually has played at a high level, but Billiot has zero stats which goes to show the list is empty at the moment.

Not a lot of good players in there yet. I imagine LSU and others have a lot of feelers out right now on players who haven’t announced.

Things will really open up as the CFP teams drop and coaching positions are filled. The new NCAA rules say that kids can enter the portal for 15 days after a new coach is hired.

Lots of good players on playoff teams/good teams will hit the portal eventually. That list will be much bigger and better.

Stamps is a good CB, but he has a higher ceiling as a safety.
