Someone on the stream in the message column just said he got off the phone with Burch's uncle and said its "All Tigers". But how we know that is true

Yes. Just watched this happen with Omarion Dollison at Gray Collegiate. He was committed to Cincy then Jeff Scott got the USF job, and they flipped him in 2 days before the early period. He called to tell Jeff at his Ceremony and Jeff didn’t pick up. Called him back 5 minutes later. It wasn’t until after Omarion announced that USF knew they got him.
