Oh, and I agree that I think LSU would be better off not getting a 3rd RB in 2019. I would rather just take an additional guy on the O-Line or D-Line; even a diamond-in-the-rough guy.

Then go all out for Evans in the 2020 class...

I'm not sure. So, if Bama doesn't get Sanders or Emery, they're still going to probably get someone nearly as good. Maybe they go hard for Cain? Or maybe they flip Ealy, who is committed to ole miss right now.

Whatever happens, they'll probably still end up with a very talented back in their class, so I'd prefer the one that's higher on our board.

Personally, I think Emery is a better complement to Davis, but Sanders is badass as well, so I'll be perfectly happy with either.

That's what I'm thinking. Rather Emery and/or Cain and not deal with a guy with heavy implications to Bama.

If he’s an early enroll then there’s no need to worry here.. (idk if he is or not) plus apparently Emery is not an EE, so you have time there.

Emery signs with UGA. Kirby and Saban are working together to keep LSU down and keep the SEC a two horse race.

Take Emery as an EE and then Sanders can sign in February.

I agree!! Coach O wants to build the fence back up in Louisiana take the Louisiana kids first especially when they are so close in the rankings.

While that's great and all you don't tell the #1 RB recruit no, when the other guy hasn't committed to us yet.

He’s not an early enrollee so are you saying he just signs in December?

Early signing period is all I meant. That's what we're pushing for.

Great. Sanders is great but we can’t afford to lose both.

I just don’t see Sanders committing here. I’d rather Emery and Davis and move on.

I would think so. Big offensive stud east of Alabama. At least I can hope.

How would Davis, Sanders, and Cain zound?

Davis; Sanders; Emery; Cain are all elite type of rbs.

Give me Davis and any one of the other 3 in December and I will be thrilled.

Then if you want a 3rd rb you can continue to recruit 1 for the February signing period.

My preference is to take 2 rbs this year and 2 rbs next year.
