I sent Les an email of a plan where LSU would foot half of the necessary funds to install a 4 1/2 foot tall fence surrounding North Louisiana. If started by this summer, it would easily be completed before I 49 North. The State Troopers could man this with a 10% reduction in Coach Studs "Grillin" fund. You're welcome.

NLa kids go to camps at la tech, ulm, northwestern st, Texas, and elsewhere along the I20 corridor.
Lsu should come up and do some camps at independence stadium, west monroe, and maybe somewhere else.
Just coming to a kids game and sending letters and visiting isn't enough.
Lsu should use some of their past lsu players up here like Hester to really promote lsu. Hester has a camp every summer lots of chances to expose lsu to these kids without committing violations.
