Just maybe, he saw the number and quality of the linbackers we signed in this class and said to himelf I may have a better chance to play at ut.

OK... I have had to work all day. Everything I have read says that T. Davis signed with the horns.... Say is isn't so... Davis was announced at the bash as a Tiger. Horns have handed out like 250 scholarships... This thread says he is a Tiger... Which is it?? I get conflicting reports.... Help me out!

You're kidding right? Yes, he's been committed to LSU for a solid year but he went with Texas today. It's kind of the big surprise today.

no 5 star players?
yes i know that rankings don't mean jack.. but still i'm surprised the #1 team for basically the entire ncaa season didn't recruit a single 5 star?

Number of signees per state:
Louisiana = 14
Texas = 3
Georgia = 2
Florida = 1
Mississippi = 1
Alabama = 1
For a below average year of LA high-end talent, 14 is about right (although Davis would have made 15). I see about 17/18 LA signees as a good target for 2013.

Instead of starting a new thread on this board, I figured I'd post this link both in this thread and in another about Guilbeau's signing day coverage.
