uggh, if we take 26 this yr then he'll have to count towards next years. if we take 25 then we'll back count one ee and fit him. if willis, gilmore, williams, beckwith, robinson want in this yr, that puts us at 26 and he HAS to go on next yrs count or we have to pull a schollie f/ som1

On the Hoof: Has excellent height, long arms and an athletic, basketball-player build. He could easily end up playing at 225 pounds and still keep his impressive athleticism. He physically will remind fans of LSU's Jordan Jefferson

And it is literally impossible for him to have an impact on the initial counter limit in 2014 when he would be enrolling here in the Fall of 2012. The only way he would impact 2014 at all would be if he redshirted during the 12 or 13 season (extremely unlikely) and would still be on the team as part of the 85 in 2014.
The only way he would even have an impact on the 2013 initial counter limit is if we were already at 25 for 2012, and we aren't. His impact will be on the 85 for the 2013 season, and a 4th qb was already allotted for in that regard with the signing of Liggins....so he isn't going to cause anyone to lose a spot.

If a student-athlete transfers for the fall of 2012 to a school that has reached its scholarship limits, the school may exceed these numbers for the 2012-13 academic year, provided it reduces such limits proportionately in the 2013-14 academic year. For example, if one student-athlete transfers to a Division I school already at the legislated limits of 25 initial counters and 85 overall counters for 2012-13, the school will be limited to 24 initial counters and 84 overall counters in 2013-14.

what if we take 26 and count an ee back to fill that 2012 spot. pretty sure we're not turning down the 5 guys i mentioned n my prev post

we're at 22 initial counters before bolden...23 with. You don't have an option of when you count him.
