Louisiana trails Texas badly in seven on seven. So we do not develop QBs as well

To address OP's post, if you dig into the numbers and history what you'll see is Louisiana does OK in producing interior linemen - where the problem comes is where it sits at LSU, namely at tackle.
And there's a pretty easily explainable reason for that, which is that we simply don't grow all that many tall people in Louisiana. It's pretty rare, even with respect to basketball players, to find Louisiana kids who have elite athleticism and stand taller than 6-3 or 6-4 (which is the bottom-level height at which you figure you can play tackle at a Power 5 level). In basketball, most of the state's best players are guards; LSU's known for a long time that we can't live on what Louisiana produces where big men are concerned because the numbers aren't there (oftentimes the quality is, but you need four post guys for a rotation and you're not finding four top-quality Louisiana plays 6-7 or taller at the same time), and that's the problem in recruiting tackles as well.
Go through the past, say, four recruiting classes in Louisiana and try to count up the number of kids 6-5 or taller who could play on the offensive line, and then see what kind of depth chart you'd have at tackle if you put all of them at LSU.

Whereas at DB, WR, RB, etc (as OP was wondering) it’s 95% black. Facts are hard
But those kickers and punters tho

Offenses in the State changed.

I think it does have a lot to do with demographics coupled with just the offenses run down here.
Can't survive on LA talent alone. For years, especially after Katrina, linebacker talent was hard to find, LSU was getting most of the guys from oos. RT now it's been QBs and tackles it seems.

I will be okay, mang. I suggest redirecting your concern to learning about using words as adjectives, though. It's all in the link I gave you.
Just saying, in case you're still wondering about that word.

You mean Black QB’s like Doug Williams, and James Harris.

I am not truly retarded...I'm sorry for this mishap, man.
Do you know what an adjective is? Please open that link I sent you with the definition of the word in it...expand the definition, and find the adjective usage. There's even an example of how the word is used as an adjective.
Here's the sentence: "I can't express how rich this is coming from a supposed lawyer."
Enter that into this: sentence checker
You are welcome...and no hard feelings for calling me a retard.

What is a supposed lawyer?
Posted on 1/23/19 at 1:42 pm to Sampson
Outside of center it’s not 55/45 white black
It’s like 55/45 Black White.
Centers, QBs and Specialists are literally the only positions that are even a majority white.
And again if it’s 50/50 on the OL, how does it put us at a disadvantage? Can’t we just product black OL?
The answer is: we do

From the link I sent you:
adjective adjective: supposed
generally assumed or believed to be the case, but not necessarily so. ]
"people admire their supposed industriousness".
We good?
No hard feelings...there are things I don't know, too...many things.
