Seems the same way to me. No Pickering and Moore is souring. Nobody seems to be confident about flipping Young, and we all know Sopsher is a question mark.
With Parker being rumored out as well, that would be a huge blow to two major positions of need.

Since he's probably not coming here, then I guess it's our turn to start bashing the kid, huh?
I never said the coaches were weird and he was not. Yeah, those are some out there beliefs. That doesn't mean he's going to be a problem, though. Some people are very impressionable and are looking for answers in life and sometimes that quest leads them down strange paths. This doesn't mean they're bad people or wouldn't be able to fit in on our football team.

in the end if we dont end with any of these DLs, not like we were in the best position to land. Next years class will help fill the void, but there will be a gap in experience.
If we end up with ISh, that is an accomplishment right there considering the history.

Well that’s awful contradictory isn’t it? If the kid is on a religious kick then shouldn’t he not be worried about under the table bonuses? And what do these kids expect when they visit these schools? The schoooks pull out all the stops to show them a good time so of course they are going to push for a commitment. I would think any school worth it’s salt would push.

So he is already bought and paid for and somebody gave him a reminding text. He is just here possibly to waste our time and resources. Would be a shame if that is so. Pickering was already someone else's crown jewel. Some folks in either Stark Vegas or on the Plains are offering some sweet deals:).

Hey Vol, why is Parker not a take if we don't land Young "Moore & Pickering out." There has got to be something more to it than "he didn't sign during the early period so sorry that ship has sailed." If that is truly the case than the staff had to cooled on Parker as a kid who can play in the SEC? Something doesn't make sense about this. If we come up short this weekend and we have a player we offered, he committed just didn't sign in the early period - as a kid we don't want to take if we have the numbers.

Arent they the trouble makers in Washington DC 2 Fridays ago that were screwing with the Kentucky kids and the fake Vietnam vet Indian?
Yes and they hate whites and Jews with a purple passion. He would be better suited on a team from another state or planet. I read where other SEC teams that talked with him totally backed off. We don't need a cancer in our locker room.

You know who else are really "free thinkers" around age 18-19? Schizophrenics. If this is a recent change for this kid I'd be legitimately worried about a prodromal psychotic disorder.

Maybe I see it a lil differently, but after last years class of
Livingston,Cotton,Cherry,Jenkins (which everyone was pumped up about)
& this year
Ika, Evans, Founa, possibly Ish, why are we melting? not to mention they all have a extra year to learn and grow into the rotation with Feohko,Lawrence & Chassion returning, I want moore and/or young also, but to say cocah O don't deserve his raise is just wrong, trust me hes trying harder than we can all imagine to land these kids, sometimes these kids want what what they want, and most of them its what the mom wants!! 2020 is crucial tho, have to land 4/6 top dline prospects!! (2 already committed)
At the end of the day Wednesday, Lsu will prob. have a top 5 class, lets not forget about that, we will be fine fellas!!

They also don't believe all blacks are their ancestors. It's not just a black/white issue it's an everyone but them issue.
I'm far from a religious person and yes the Black Hebrew group is an out there bunch, even moreso than most other ideologies, however I don't believe it's a cancerous issue for a 17-18 year old kid that is still learning his place in the world. Every school in the south was all over this kid and yet this stuff is just coming up. Kind of reeks of an excuse considering it doesn't seem to be a new part of his life. I am going to make this REALLLY short compared to a post I could make on the subject that would take up a three page thread. Granted this is coming from a History major. After reading about 25% of that link and before getting an intense headache from doing so I can surmise with all certainty that they are taking partial historical truth, twisting it and subconsciously and consciously mis-construing facts to suit an agenda against folks of European/Caucasian, Eastern European (primarily Jewish) and of all people North American Indian ethnicity. Unreal....

You've only listed 3 DE's in the last 2 classes...none were highly ranked...two 3-stars, one 4-star. Potential injury issues for a couple of them, too.
I do think Cotton can be very good.
We need more DE's.
