If we can get him for 2-3 million a year, I say make it happen.

When I see Bryce, I don’t see him as the Lane type of QB do you?

He was / is getting $4M a year & as noted, has no buyout, it's all in annual payments.

Hard to judge fairly. He is stuck in Harbaughs run first system. He is athletic.

What?

Hes definitely Lanes type of QB

Chambliss was an outlier in Lane QBs, he normally has a pass first type of QB with good enough legs to make shite happen.

Bryce is a pass first QB stuck in a run heavy offense

Underwood's athletic with a dynamic arm. Michigan just ran a mid 2010s Les Miles offense so he looked like a 2010s Les Miles qb. They didn't even try to run him against Ohio St. He's the biggest winner in Sherrone's crashout.

Just said the same thing to a longhorn buddy who mentioned him as an LSU target. I understand he’s a true freshman, but Kiffin’s offense requires accuracy on short quick throws. Bryce threw for a lot of yards after scrambling and throwing off schedule. He wasn’t good at ready defenses and got happy feet real quick. Not sure if he’s the best fit.

Just my opinion man I’ve watched six Michigan games this year and that’s just what I see based on what I’ve watched at Lane the last six years. It doesn’t mean I’m right at all. It’s just what I see. What do you see?

I don't think Lane has had the luxury of a top shelf talent like Underwood. He's been having to bargain bin shop for undersized QB's with flaws. Bryce also ran for over 300 yards this year.

Realistically, I don't see him coming down here but stranger things have happened.

Right I just don’t see it as a fit and I’m sure it could work out and everything could be magical.

I wouldn’t pay millions for Underwood who has already scorned us when Lane has proven that he can make chicken salad out of chicken shite.

Nah....he can stay at Michigan or go somewhere else. LSU will be fine.

Understood and that’s fair and true. But the whole premises on Bryce being committed to LSU at the time was because of Joe Sloan and NIL however order you want to put that.

Now we have a brand new staff that has zero connections unless you ask Dave Portnoy.

Hey, if it happens, it happens I mean it’s NIL anything is possible just how I see it not asking for you to agree with me or anyone else.

You're going to turn down the #1 overall player from last year's class because he did something that everyone here would have done?
