De'Jon Harris was a pretty productive LB at Arkansas (From Louisiana originally)
Came in at 5'11 5/8" at the combine.
Sam Olajubutu of Arkansas at LB came in under 5'9 at the combine as well, dude was a very very short LB but ultra productive there.

This article is 5 years old but there were 5 5'11 linebackers in the NFL at the time with 4 inside and 1 outside.
