I'd bet good money O gets burned again doing this. Zero chance we land Maason, Foreman, and Leigh. Better chance we go 0-3 than 3-3. Good players that are all LSU getting cut just for us to get left at the alter by other players always pisses me off.

Personally, I think he was probably cut from the class by the coaches... I really don’t think it’s personal or that they believe he isn’t good enough for the class, the numbers are too tight and offensive line is such a big need for us right now.

Yes, he absolutely was, this was talked about well before today and people knew about it.
He even had a negative social media post right after the coaches let him know a night or two ago about this.
They always let the recruit make it seem like it was their decision to make it look better on the surface.

The trick isn’t going to be losing guys, it’s going to be what we want to do with their spots outside of high-schoolers. College Free agency is about to be a huge thing, so leaving those spots open for the right transfers can be equal too if not better than a Naquan Brown type. Just have to make sure you go get better players than Darren Evans and Ivy League kids.
