Most of us couldn't care less where the real dawgs come from

Recruiting is recruiting. Would prefer high school kids, but do we really care? If they come from Mars or the portal and can play, I'm all for it.

It's been a frustrating season no doubt but it just reminds us how bad off this place was when O left. If we can keep this 25 recruiting class together, we will be back sooner rather than later.

This year for sure will require some hole-filling via the portal. Oline, DBs, WRs, LBs, shall I continue? Might we need a QB? (Hopefully just to be a depth piece when/if Bryce is a certainty).

That’s actually the scary part.
The dawgs we used to see from Louisiana were different than the guys we see from Louisiana currently.
Weeks and Swinson are from outside.
Durham and Dillinger are too.

As well as some of the less heralded and less talented players we got from the portal - Gio Paez and Suggs. They don’t back down

Durham has a ton of muscle and needs to stay at or near his current weight. He's going to be a star if we can keep 320 linemen from stepping on his feet in the future.

Actually Captain, I kind of do. I'll leave it at that. I'm hoping like everyone else, he stays. As special as he is, you still have to have blocking. He and Berry have the potential to be an incredible duo.
