MLB Draft/ LSU incoming baseball prospects

So far I've seen Carter Jensen (catcher) go at pick 78 to the Royals and Ian Moller (catcher) go at pick 103 to the Rangers. Assuming both players sign contracts, incoming transfer catcher Tyler McManus seems to be the front runner for next years starting spot.
Also Jaden Hill was picked at 44 by the Rockies and Landon Marceaux was picked at 80 by the Angels.

You must be stupid!! The games he was healthy he stared at 1st C and DH in 54/59. You were being a Smart arse and it made you look like a dumbass.

He played in 29 games at in the field according to Sanford’s stat page. He played some 1B too but without looking thru it, I think mostly catcher

The FLD page on samford‘s site shows put outs. There are 3-4 games where it looks like he came in late. But for the most part looks like 22-24 starts at C

He was a full time starter for Samford. He was either their DH C and had a few starts at 1st

I think you are thinking of Berry. He DH’d all season except for 7-8 games.

I hope coach Johnson and coach Fitz can convince catcher Preister to come play at LSU instead of going the JC route

In some other threads today people said he didn’t get picked because teams didn’t want to meet his price. He truly received some awful advice if he wanted to get a certain number and tried to leverage a Meridian CC commitment to get it.
