I'd rather a 5'11" DT than a 5'11" OC.

Anyone know what our current players are lifting? I feel like someone is benching 500, but obviously has more years of training and conditioning. But he already has to be up there.

suits not gonna help you squat or deadlift, and those numbers are wayyyy more impressive than his bench

These lifts were at a judged meet. He could do more in a gym with no rules. This meet is a LHSPLA meet and he must place the bar on his chest, wait for the bar to stop any movement, then wait for the judge to give the press command and lock out even with no leg/foot movement. His squat is good too with judges watching for depth and movement. He will continue to gain strength and will be a force to deal with.

not sure if serious

A singlet won't help. But they do in fact make suits to aid in squatting and DL. It appears that such suits are allowed in LA state weightlifting. I just want to know if he wore one or not. The numbers are impressive at his age suit or no suit. They're just that much more impressive with no suit.

5'11 short arms and 300+ equals hell in the weight and ? on the field.
