Carter should be announced before end of the week. I plan to update the portal list and commitments tomorrow. Trying to find more names.

I like adding Carter. Will probably be the Mike Williams catch and shoot off the bench role. Has good lower body control and decent form. Not really fazed by contests. If we could add a backup pg or a stretch big i would feel even better.
