I have to say I really respect Mario and family for simply announcing his decision when his mind was made up and not wasting anyone's time so he could have a national hat picking ceremony on TV. Every time he decided a school wasn't for him, he eliminated them right away--Texas, OU, LSU--one-by-one as he made his decisions.

Kid is going to earn his national coverage on the field. FSU got a good one. I wish more high school stars would conduct themselves so thoughtfully and respectfully.

I will say this, LSU was very lucky in with other teams QB issues and not so much luck, but LSU did not have a major injury the whole season. The ball did roll LSU's way this season, at least till 1/5/12

So getting hill and phillips is settling? People were saying hill is better than Hilliard, also an argument that phillips is the best lb in the state this year. But you guys are right, we just settled.

yep took a lot of lucky breaks to beat the ever living shite out of the teams we did. You're beginning to embarrass yourself by showing what an ignorant fricking moron you are.

Hill has a criminal background and is unpredictable. He could end up being another R.P. and Phillips by some networks is considered a 3 star and only 6-1 200 pounds. Hardly a top of the line recruit. If LSU would have lost Phillips with the Hillard connection, that would have been a travasty

You can call me a moron, but i have been accurate with everyone of my statements from losing every 5 star miles has tried to get including Collins, from LSU's back yard to Howard who wanted to visit. This class could have been a top 3 class and he completely screwed it up and you can't deny that!

Sweet. Another person round-about insinuating they have inside sources.

Lacy was another big time recruit that LSU let get away all because they though he would not make the grade. Another example of miles not shutting the door on Baton Rouge. I think Miles biggest asset is his assistants. His biggest flaw is his talent evaluation of his recruits. He has had some hits, all coaches do, but give me a list of his 5 stars that he has gotten and i bet you will find a lot more duds than gems

Lacy is good, but that's one plate I think was a surprise he even qualified at all.

Let the gump stay

He represents their fan base, the majority of them are like this guy.

Arrogant POS whose favorite team just got a mulligan to save their hired guns reputation.

We will take Miles who, after this coming season will have beaten $abun the last 3 outta 4.

Their fear of LSU with a real QB is already at a high level.

I love it.

Lacy had more yards than every LSU running back in the Championship game and lead all back up running backs in yards per carry. I think he might be starting next year had he gone to LSU. It took a phenom like T.R. and a turf toe to keep him from 1,000 yards.
