I’ve listened to the first 2 minutes of the interview and his uncle basically ruled out him going to LSU.
Committing in July.
His uncle seems slimy. Blames LSU and the lack of relationships then at the same time implies he didn’t keep an open line of communication with LSU.
The coach/uncle seems like the quintessential “I don’t like this school or staff so my player can’t go play there.”

Pretty much the same old same old, nothing new really. I think it’s a very long shot that Tackett Curtis comes to LSU. I’m just very confused on this whole, LSU didn’t show him any love! I mean, if Curtis is the player that everyone is making him out to be, how in the hell did Coach O and company just shite the bed with him. Something seems very off!

Because Jess Curtis and the entire family would rather stick it to LSU for neglecting him for so long. It’s more about that than him being in love with any of the other schools.

But HE was the one who neglected LSU it seems.
The guy is a douchebag. The most notable thing about Jess Curtis is he is employed at the school that ruined the structure of Louisiana High School sports, even though his program recruits just as much as anyone else.

If he was truly elite, I think his options would be a bit more broad than they are. Seems like a good LB for the Big 10.

Yep. His family and friends swore it was LSU’s fault. In reality as I posted a month ago, the kid and his group just lack the balls to own their decision and feel the need to blame LSU for whatever reason

Most of the Top 10 in Louisiana headed anywhere but LSU. We will be lucky to get 3 players out of that group. And the same pattern is showing in the next 10.

To be fair, the Big 10 is a white LB factory. There's a theory that white defensive players take longer to develop, but play earlier up there because of lack of competitive speed. Not saying I completely buy into that, but that's a real theory. The whole situation between Coach O and the Curtis's is weird and from what I hear pre-dates Tackett. The kid is elite though, make no mistake.

Except his dream school! Who's HC didn't even bother to go visit the last time he was in the state. But this kid and family has a ax to grind with LSU! Saban has 100% ignored and not offered. But if offered in the next 10 minutes he would run too T-Town.
