. Recruiting services show that he's 100% Michigan. Does he even have an offer? Will he even play college football?
When asked if he will play for his dad, "NOT IN A MILLION YEARS".

He's more than good enough to play baseball at LSU or anywhere else. He had some nagging soreness last year and still pitched lights out.

Although he works his spots well and has good movement he definitely doesn't have the velo to pitch major college baseball so i wouldnt go that far to say LSU

He is coming as a recruiter ...

You do know you just named two division I teams, albeit FCS rather than FBS?

The U of Houston coaches were all over Manny at the regionals last year. If he is looking at steering away from the microscope of LSU and the SEC, that would make sense as far as a quality program close to home.

D1 talent is stretching it. He might start for Southeastern or McNeese.
You do know that Southeastern and McNeese are D1 schools, right?

wow, great news, did he come solo? or did his parents make the trip?

He should play baseball for LSU

He's a legit QB. May just play baseball in college, not sure though.

Manny Miles would never take a snap for LSU.

Yeah, probably couldn't even complete 50% of his passes during an entire college season. So no way LSU would let a QB like that on the field.

He's just coming with his good friend Nick Brossette, to help make sure he reaffirms his commitment to LSU. Nothing more.

Well dad doesn't use D1 talent at QB anyway at LSU, so he would be the perfect fit!!

If Manny did indeed say this--that he did not want to play for his father, makes me admire him more.
Yea its definitely a good thing. What 18 year old doesn't want to get away from their dad for a little bit? He'll develop more as a person on his own.
That said, I'd obviously love to have him as a preferred walk-on, especially if he's good enough for a baseball scholarship.

Manny Miles knows that the Rant would explode, covering Baton Rouge in a nuclear winter, if he would ever start at LSU and make the slightest mistake.

He's not an SEC QB, probably not Con-USA but neither is Jennings and he's our #1

Could you imagine our fans if Manny wore png?! The uproar would be insane.
I would enjoy it. Every other QB has a "problem" learning the Les Miles offense, that wouldn't be the case with him. But then that would put Les in a predicament when the offense still sucked.
