That was my guess a couple of weeks ago. They are desperate for DL lineman in this class and they have the $$$$.

So his family now has a 9 hour drive to College Station driving past Baton Rouge on the way. Just simply doesn’t make any sense. Got a chance to play for the defending national champions and you choose Texas A&M???

Only way Jimbo becomes a threat is if he inches over to the East and gets these elite D linemen and athletes in our backyards.
He did it with Akers and Winston at FSU. Had plenty of homegrown talent there.
No idea how a Mississippi kid ends up in the middle of Texas with Bama and LSU right down the road, but guys like that don’t grow on trees. A&M will be better with him. Difference maker.
