The great thing about miller flipping is its going to get all the other a&m recruits thinking about it too.

Way easier to flip to lsu if a couple other guys are.

Holy moly! Auburn game is a game changer for Brian Kelly’s career! This is freaking amazing! Top 5 2024 and 2025.

And Jimbo has a $77 million buyout. He's not going anywhere, even if they finish 7-5.

That's on top of how much the new hire will cost. In this economy, it would be an incredibly bad look to pay his buyout and turn around and hire someone who could cost as much as we paid for Kelly, if they can even find someone of that magnitude to go there.

Sure they have a lot of money, but do they have 180 mil over the next 8 years for 1 coach kinda money ? I'd say that no one really does.

At some point it becomes a zero sum game, and the money its costing them will exceed his buyout, and they make a move at that point. I still say that point is still a year or 2 down the road.

I think they are stuck with him until next offseason, at the earliest. This recession has hit everyone hard, even the ultra rich need to make smart decisions with their capital in this economic climate.

I could see heir AD forcing him to take a back seat to Petrino and make him be a lame duck/lead recruiter until his buyout is a little more tenable. That kind of dysfunction seems right up their alley.

People kinda forget that what’s really killing Texas AM is the idiotic extension they gave him after the 2020 Covid season. He’d have about a $30mm buyout if he was on the original Woodward contract…but no, they actually put stock into that fake season and extended him

They extended him because they were afraid he would take the LSU job. We’re the reason they are in this position which makes it even funnier.

Hoping that no big time Aggy boosters were major investors in pioneer energy. Exxon just agreed to buy them for 60 billion. It’s an all stock deal at 7% premium.

It would help of we beat them this season and don't allow Jimbo to save his job by giving the money people hope because he finished the season strong against us.

Seeing some aggies wanting to keep Jimbo (even if they end up 7-5 and lose their class) because of the Tejas game in 24
they’re in complete misery
