I read Ivanna Wilson M is down to North Catolina, Texas and LSU. So far...I don't know if she has any more visits. ??
Posted on 10/8/26 at 12:40 pm to Misterkleenmillenium
Ivanna is still a Maryland lean..
Posted on 10/8/26 at 2:32 pm to Tigerbait357
Which is strange because she hasn't taken an official visit to Maryland just one in home visit. At least I haven't found an official visit. Or maybe there is one upcoming.

She is visiting later, same with UConn

Is it money

Just doesn't make any sense to me either. I would think there is plenty money with 3 starters and bench players leaving. Not to mention money reserved already. 5 players to visit with not even obtaining even one of them who visited over the last month.

What's crazy is they're going to South Carolina to sit on the bench, where they could be starting here.

Losing damn near every recruiting battle is going to make Kim retire sooner rather than later. Shes making all of these long trips to AAU tourneys, etc. and coming up EMPTY

They hosted 8 players last year and barely pulled Lola. They have struggled a bit in HS ranks. 2025 was excellent but even after the natty 2024 they only landed Jada
Mulkey hasn’t been able to pull near close the same level of HS talent consistently compared to Baylor days where she generally had 2-3 McDonald’s AA every year
We will see soon. Qandace may be the last option. I still haven’t heard much to feel confident in Ivanna, think Maryland still leads the pack there.
For Qandace, VT, Rutgers, Texas, Nc St seem like the primary schools lsu has to beat out

Provided none of the top players transfer out , I think the program is in very good shape for the next couple of seasons. However next years recruiting class will be pivotal.
CT with tigerbait.com is kind of hinting that Johnson isn’t coming to LSU either .

Well she's interested in LSU apparently if we are one of her top two. If she's not interested just go ahead and commit to SC.

It’s not that the kid doesn’t have legitimate interest from these schools, because they absolutely do. The real issue is that the handler may have already made up their mind about where that kid is going before the process even plays out publicly.
These kids are being placed in certain situations for a reason. Sometimes, it’s not just about developing relationships or exploring opportunities; it’s also about positioning the handler to gain influence over the recruiting process. And the scary part? The kid and their family may have no idea what’s really happening behind the scenes or how much of the process is being influenced by people with their own agendas.
Let’s be real: when there’s money, access, and influence involved, everybody doesn’t necessarily have the kid’s best interests at heart. Some of these handlers stand to make a pretty penny by steering these players in a particular direction. Meanwhile, the family may believe they’re making a decision based solely on what’s best for their child.
That’s why you have to look beyond the schools showing interest and ask the bigger questions: Who’s influencing the decision? What does that person stand to gain? And is the player truly making an independent decision, or are they being guided toward an outcome that benefits someone else?
Recruitment isn’t always just about where a kid wants to go. Sometimes, it’s about who has the most influence over where that kid ends up. And those are two very different things.
When things look like they don’t make sense, It’s for a good reason.

I mean, at this point, Dawn has an insane amount of influence on everyone in the women’s college world. To the public, she can’t do any wrong. She’s doing to us what she does to every other team.

It’s obvious it’s to build suspense etc but Zaniya is headed to SC (unless 3 people I talked to are all wrong)
