Can’t tell if he’s SEC quality but he does look like a pretty good player. Good size, athletic, can set the edge. OP is also correct about him having good get off.

I have a good friend on the staff at Minden. I havent heard him mention this kid or any one that is a D1 prospect on his team. Orgeron did stop by on the way to Haynesville but it was to keep his face in as many schools as he can.
