According to Shea, they have more letters than they are announcing. They are letting the players do their ceremonies first before making them public. So even if a player sent in his paperwork this morning, they may not announce it until later today.

That makes sense and ultimately who knows how these guys will shake out but with so many higher rated WRs out there it does make me wonder.

I could be wrong but it doesn't seem like Jenkins was one of the guys Shea was referring to about LSU holding his commitment until he has his ceremony. Shea mentioned a few guys having ceremonies later today but I don't believe Jenkins was one of them.
