Exactly. That’s what this is for. People who have shut their recruiting down and want to get everything done.

Agree 100%. Also I think it gives these kids who are signing during the early period their "moment" - as the February date gets closer there will be so much drama about the big fish deciding that these other kids might get forgotten. The early period gets these kids their exposure where they aren't overshadowed. Some of these might not be the 5 star big fish, but if they are on board with LSU I am happy to have them. LSU has shown we can coach under the radar guys up and send them to the NFL.

Violent and similar size, sure, but he isn't quite the athlete Ware is.

Ware is a pretty elite athlete. Stud baseball player, had arguably the best hands on the football team, could do a standing back flip in full pads and helmet, etc.

One of the most underrated Tigers of all time IMO.
