Never said it was a big loss. Just a comment. Don’t have to get all pissy because someone mentioned McNeese.

Lol not pissy. I’m sure they’ll be lots of LSU fans cheering for them if they play against us. But nobody is choosing Wade over LSU right ?

Once again. Never said I would cheer for them over LSU. I feel like it would make sense for both of them to follow Wade. Justice had a tough year and could probably be successful in that conference. Same thing with Mwani coming off injury.

But continue your path of scouting out the Wade vs. McMahon crowd.

I agree. They are not sec level players. Not sure why Wade brought them here tbh

Mwani had his moments. Was a solid defensive player/hit occasional corner 3 or putback his freshman year. He’s definitely not a focal point of the offense in the SEC.

Would not surprise me at all if Mwani and Justice go to McNeese.
Mwani would get much better offers than McNeese. I could see him going to Arkansas.

McNeese State has landed UTSA transfer DJ Richards.

The 6’5” freshman guard averaged 10.5 points, and 4.7 rebounds.

Was named to CUSA All-Freshman team.

Richards had offers from multiple SEC teams, including A&M. Maybe McNeese has some solid offers?

There are several other guys out there that have gotten LSU interest in the last 48 hrs, as well. I hope MM has some solid analysts working the portal b/c there are way too many players in it now to just randomly scroll and click.

I'm curious how well he can recruit to McNeese. 1. They don't have the same kind of bag. 2. Damn good deals are legal now, so everyone is offering them.

None of that changes the fact that Will is an excellent recruiter. You remember how he speaks and how passionate and detailed he is right? Id imagine that carries on the recruiting trail. And his pitch is probably pretty fricking good.

Both Wade and Mac disagree with you.
Wilkinson started for Wade, and played on two teams that qualified for the NCAA Tourney.

His players absolutely loved him and he had a phenomenal track record of improving his core players year after year. He won’t be landing the same talent there but he will out recruit his conference without the resources.
