Wade said based off his analytics Miller could get 3-5 assist per game. I definitely think they see him as a guy who can play some lead guard. At worst he fits the Skylar Mays role. Play off ball but move to lead guard when they sub out the pg

Lofton would have to commit to the Darius Days conditioning program. Days has really transformed his body, especially from his junior to senior years. A svelte Lofton may be nimble enough to do some switching in most cases. Lofton is fairly athletic even at his current weight.

Yeah Wade is building his team around long lanky defenders and floor spacing on offense. I think the 6-8 225lb player is what we continue to see heavily

Was just at the new "Will Wade Unfiltered" luncheon at Walk On's and Wade dropped a couple of tidbits.
1. In relation to what JB said above, Wade mentioned that he told Nickelberry and Tasmin (both which were there) that from now on to only find him recruits that can switch on defense, b/c they aren't every planning on going away from the success they are having with this defense.
2. (and this is the BIGGEST) Wade said that there should be good news (w/ regards to recruiting) here shortly. He said it was going to be a good weekend and then further alluded to the news likely breaking tomorrow. Combined with some stuff I read elsewhere, I think it may be a certain 5 star PG out of Florida. He's a '23 guy, but talk is that he may reclassify.
3. Wade also mentioned, which many have likely already thought about, that he'd be thrilled if Eason went to the NBA after this year. Not b/c he wants to lose him, but b/c that becomes his greatest recruiting pitch with regards to the portal. Said they would just go out and find another transfer to come in a play just as well.

Yes. He's supposed to commit to LSU today. He visited LSU back in the fall and loves Wade's offensive and defensive philosophies, how he allows guards to operate, and the guards LSU has put in the league in recent years.

Going to have a very good depth problem at the guard spots in '22 with
Gaines
Miller
Williams
Allen
Murray
I can see Wade trotting out Miller, Gaines, and Murray to start at the 1-3. Some VERY fun and fast small ball with incredibly versitile defenders.
Gonna be running the break a lot next year

So next year: adding 2 forwards and a center, and assume PG in Allen reclassifying. Total of 4 in.
Out: Days, Pinson, Tari so 3 spots open
Others out: Ezewiro and Colbert. 2 more spots so Wade can find a shooter in the portal (along with Allen)?
