I feel like Graham Houston has to be one of them.

Fall practice is starting just in time.

I don't think LSU has pulled a kid from BPCC in the last 25 years.
Coach Justin Hill was a Bossier guy

I didn’t remember that, but I still may technically be correct ha.

I had to look, I was thinking another player had went there (jeff lambert)

I don't think Lambo went there. He made a few stops, though. Delgado and Alabama Southern for sure. He even played some NAIA ball at Auburn Montgomery.

anybody we should watch for as a potential future player for us on LSU-Eunice
I know about Marshall Louque, but what about Griffin Cooley who previously was here. Anybody else

Griffin Cooley was only a part time player at LSUE after spending a year in LSU's S&C program. I don't think he's a candidate to return to LSU.
We've evaluated Andrew Clapinski, Jacob Froelich, and Jordan Luna in the past.
While LSUE has really upped their talent level, I don't know if there is anyone that's a take for us right this second. There could be some freshmen that get there though.

I don't think Clapinski is a need since you were able to get Arambide and Serna through the draft and they would block any playing time for another catcher at this point
Louque will be monitored by staff on how he progresses from injury

The Vitello/San Fran interest is real on both sides. He's interviewing there and has a previously established relationship with Buster Posey.

I'm honestly not well versed in MLB but how common is it they hire a manager straight from college exactly? That seems very weird

Nor am I but I cannot think of a Manager who has done so

In the modern era, Pat Murphy is the only manager I'm aware of that even came from the college ranks. And it wasn't direct at all.

Very, very rare. I think the last time was when Dick Howser got hired from Florida State by the Yankees. But he had been an assistant with the Yankees for a number of years prior to FSU. And he was the coach at FSU before Mike Martin, so that tells you how long ago that was.

Now wouldn't that be something
I just can't see it happening
No way
