If Braswell doesn’t come back then I can see them working Bear at 3rd. If Braswell comes back then I think the team is best with Bear at 1st.
Remember in Jays end of season press conference he thought they were too deep and said they would concentrate more on 11-12 players for this season as a strategy. I feel like that is complete opposite of what is happening. They may be more deep than last season.

That’s what it looks like. Seems like the best shot for a freshmen to get some pt (outside of catcher) this year is maybe Curiel in the outfield. Even that seems like a long shot with Stansfield/Larson/Brown/Pearson fighting for 3 spots

Would be nice to get one of Herring and Ware.

Hopefully his intel is a little older than some of the guys here and we end up with herring.
He also said he thinks Stanfield makes it to LSU. I’m starting to get really excited about our lineup from both an offensive and defensive perspective.

I'd assume he is a backup plan if Stanfield goes pro, but as others have said he may be following Jackson to UNC.

It may feel like the Tigers are stacked prior to the draft, but come mid next week we will have a better idea of what things will look like.

Tiger outfield was a big disappointment last year. There is nothing stacked about it. Infield bats carried the team. I hope they end up with at least 2 of 3 outfield spots being manned by guys that can deliver at the plate and in the field next year.
