you are higher on Guidry than on Kling, but Guidry is gonna pitch too

I think Kling, Guidry, and Neal will play a whole lot as freshman. Even if they're not every day starters bc other guys are producing, they'll get their spots anyway to ready them for next year. Jay won't go into next year without those 3 having gotten plenty of tastes.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Frey and/or Jones give some pop off the bench right away, either. Mic and Zeb have an uphill climb this year with the roster structure - the OF is so deep, when you take into account Dugas, Morgan, and Skenes maybe having to play some out there, so it's going to be really hard for Jay to find Mic and Zeb reps.

I’m high on Kling don’t get me wrong but Guidry has a fast track lane to start and so does Neal.
All three of these guys are future 1st All SEC on paper.
In a typical year you only get one of these guys to campus.

I like a lot of this, but no chance Morgan bats 5th.

Do you want me to kick them off the team? Because I will

Also Dylan Crews has a nice new jet black bat

Morgan hit twice in the 6th hole last year.
White & Skenes should fill Berry & Doughty in the top 5 of the lineup.
Morgan think probably mostly leadoff again

Dude there’s a video so John Pearson swinging in a HR speed run thing
Posted on 8/6/22 at 8:57 pm to Biggmatt78
I've posted this here before, his swing is identical to Josh's just from the right side. Load, torque, top to bottom. If you ever wondered what Josh would look like as a RH, watch John.
ETA: Larocca and Hawsey are both tanks. Those were the other 2 hitting in that speed derby.

This would be my lineup opening night:
1B- Morgan
CF- Crews
RF- Pearson
3B- White
DH- Skenes
2B- Dugas
SS- Thompson
C- Milazzo
LF- Kling
I think Neal and Milazzo split catching duties the first few weekends and the best bat plays after that.

You, basically, just said that Neal will be the full-time starter after the 1st few weekends.

Jobert has much more upside. No way he doesn’t have a roster spot.

Too many combinations to settle on anything yet. I could write about 10 different lineups. My eye will be on pitching.

Don’t know the order, other than Morgan Pearson crews & white will be hitting near the top
Posted on 8/7/22 at 7:00 am to Lester Earl
Id say it starts
1Pearson
2Crews
3White
4Dugas
5Morgan
6Skenes
7Thompson
