Any interest?
Lets look at the situation. This is pretty much like buying a used car... He was recruited by Mark Richt. Richt is gone. UM offense sucks and is under a rebuild. They fired the OC and dont know what they want to do yet. He damaged his knee last year and has rehabbed for a yr. He was the #2RB in the 2018 class and #25 in the overall.
The story says he was not quite ready for this season so he was going to RS anyway.
I think he is disillusioned with The U under Diaz and LSU is a hot commodity that just signed to Miami area OL and needs another RB next year. If he is as fast as people say he could be another Kamara type player for us.
If his CarFax checks out I would take. Not sure what is obligation to sit out or not would be? Anyone know?

Sounds like maybe Lingard went to manny diaz and asked o not play 2019 and just redshirt as he wasn't fully recovered from his knee injury... or something like that.

247 has him as 6' 190 pounds. He reminded me of RGIII when he hurdles that guy in the video.

That is a Neaux from me, ain't worth squat. I seen that kid run. He may be able to get on at Louisiana tech tho but am not even sure he is good enough for them. If u want that guy, u are really down grading your class quite a bit.

If we miss on Gibbs...then we're basically looking for depth at that point right ?

Why did he not play much at Miami?
Injured. If we don't get Gibbs, Lingard would be a great pickup. I've said on here I thought he was one of the best RBs of the past 3 years, but Miami just sucks and is not a good environment right now.

Injured in mid season 2018... RS this year since he was not 100% coming into this season.
Anybody know if he has to sit out another year if he transfers?

Since he redshirted this season he should be immediately available.

What an awful post on so many levels.
First - "that's a Neaux from me" as if your opinion matters... and you spelled no like a douchebag.
Second - saying a kid who was a 5 star coming out with track speed ain't worth a squat? Your unathletic arse probably hasnt gotten up off the couch today.
I could keep going.

He is supposedly Florida bound. Looks like they will get him and Avantae. But we should still try, seems to be worth a shot.

That’s not how it works. Unless you think he graduated in 2 years.

a Cane website said the kid's dad is sick and he wants to be closer to Orange City, FL. they think he'll end up at UCF or Florida. we'll see.

Completely agree with you on him being great out of high school. I thought he was the best running back out of the class, but then I basically hadn’t heard his name since.
