In any case, I think they’re all fired at season’s end or at least after ESD. The defense is what it is at this point.

No! BK should have gone on national television and fired the dc and his defensive staff. No excuse other than he’s soft. Anyone with a pair would have fired them all on the spot.
It can’t possibly be that he’s gonna do so at the end of the season bc you’re not gonna hire anyone to replace them in the last 3 weeks of the season anyway

These are the ones that got playing time or would have in JK case; they also played good. There are other underclassmen that are baking. Add 4 incoming and we are ok. Ofcourse we dont mind anyone that could be a day 1 starter to come in.
On the other hand, the linebackers starters are bad so we got to ger starters. We also need more DL for rotation.

Good enough to give up 243.8 yards per game passing.
There is nothing in football this team does well. Barely 1 TO per game. No stops in the red zone (other than the occasional missed field goal). Porous against any offense with a pulse, downright generous against merely adequate offenses.
I'm not saying there aren't guys on the team who can contribute, but I say again - to think we're "good" on DBs is how we got here.

Not a lot of promise in that group. Burns, Sams, Ryan and Alexander are the group we are trying to replace. Allen and Hughes are depth being forced to play. Neither would be impactful or playing in any other year. Toviano will be a good one. Welch and Stamps have been praised for practice and have potential but why haven't we seen more of them? They can't be worse than Ryan and Alexander. Johnson is a ghost.
The incoming group has some potential. Potential can go both ways. Johnson is a dog and I think he'll be solid at worst. I like Causey but he could go either way. Not sold on Woodland and don't think Foster belongs in the class. To me it's a mid tier SEC level group. I expect better. The S duo is strong with McBride a potential star.

We have some good freshmen DBs on the team and we have three corners committed. We will be fine. The odds are that the best corner that was committed a month ago is still in our class.

I agree the cupboard is not as bare as everything thinks.. I absolutely hate the utilization of talent and forcing a scheme… the best coordinators come up with a scheme to showcase the talent at hand. I’m not saying it’s all on house and Kelly it may be too late and they were too far gone and committed before they found out the players were not ready just yet

I am very disappointed you are still here. Yeah I am to believe you instead of a proven winning coach who gets to watch game film with his entire staff including House and evaluate the skills and depth of our defense. Nick Saban, Knute Rockne nor Vince fricking Lombardi could do much with the defensive dumster fire O left.
