I would have to think Amari would walk if this is the case.

Diggs is a good back. I like all of our RBs. But, with so much uncertainty with Emery and Goodwin, this would be a great get for depth just in case the other two cannot play.
Sign him CBK...

This would really round out the offense nicely.

Somehow he would injure himself doing that. That’s why Diggs is important.

Sounds like Armoni's recovery will take some time per Dandy Don this morning.

"He said Armoni Goodwin and Josh Williams are both recovering from knee injuries and suggested that there’s some question whether Goodwin will be far enough along to be cleared for preseason camp. He also expressed some doubt as to whether Williams will be 100%."

Goodwin still has a redshirt to use if he needs it this year, which it appears he may need it.

If that’s true, it’s absolutely imperative we bring in Diggs. I hadn’t heard about Josh getting hurt, but that’s massive. It tells you how down bad we are that he’s our most consistent back, but that’s where we’re at. Cain and Emery have the talent, but I think they’ve already hit their ceilings. I like Josh, and he was the most well-rounded back we have. Goodwin can be a freak if he could ever stay healthy. We definitely need another back. Preferably a speed back.

That is a good 4.8 yards per carry. With our OL that will get better. Back with experience. I bet he commits before leaving the LSU campus.
