When I read that Edwards is from Starkville, I had similar concerns. I am certain Mississippi State will be pursuing him pretty fiercely. So this one remains in doubt.

I mean if his recruitment is still wide open shouldnt that mean if lsu lands higher rated players at his spot then we take them???? Not trying to be negative, it just doesn't sound like he is very committed or understands what being committed means.

Hum? Good question. IDK exactly what it means, but I can use an analogy to try understanding it, at least theoretically. A young woman says yes to marrying this dude, and she fully intends on marrying him.....but. In the course of their engagement, she lets it be known, whether in private or openly (openly in certain circles that is) just because she's engaged she won't stop seeing other guys. She's 110 percent committed to this one dude, but still wants to try out a new one every now and then. IDK if this analogy helps or not, it's just the one that popped in my noggin.

1st off, Jerry Stovall once told a group of us that there is no such thing as 110%...100% is all you can do.

Most of these early commits get their feelings hurt when social media stops talking about them so they''ll decommit to start getting love again.

Just curious to any of you who may know the answer to this. How many of LSU's early commits the last couple of years never wavered?
