Legitimate smoke on Matthews

Comes from a source that was the first to say Sage Ryan to LSU when we had the meltdown about him going to Bama.
He even used the same language to describe not giving up on Matthews as he did Ryan in that cycle.
You can sleuth my post history to see how that whole thing played out but I posted it during the height of meltdown. It was a while back. Fall of 2020?
Everyone saying A&M has the papers. An hour before the ceremony this guy is saying it’s not over. Weird hill to die on and would be out of character.
I really don’t want to get my hopes up but this one source that I would actually allow to get my hopes up.
Yes I’m aware Shea and Sony have said he already signed. Who the hell knows.

Crazy this is almost exactly word for word what I was told. Also what was offered was equal to what A&M were offering.
