He supposed to commit soon?

Mike roach and Bryce Koon on 247 feel we sit in a good spot for Lockett as well.

Not sure what you're saying here.
Is this a show? And they're saying Lockett will make his commitment announcement on the next episode?

No and no. Billy and Shea put out class predictions periodically and Billy mentioned he felt strongly enough that his next one will include Kaliq.
No RPM yet or commitment date set as far as I’ve seen.

Huge get for what is shaping up to be an incredible class, but...
They really need to get some Defense in that class

It’s April, relax. Why are yall always crying in spring and summer about classes that’s never finalized until the following spring

You should change your handle name. We all know we need defense but that would give us the top 2 receivers in the nation.

The number 1 QB (who is an absolute freak of an athlete himself), the number 1 running back and the best two receivers in the country on the field at the same time for the same team?! Oh and most likely behind one of the best offensive lines in the country. Holy crap good luck defending that.

shouldn’t come as a surprise, at one point his profile pic was him in an LSU hoodie

With that, you’d basically just need a defense that can get 2 or 3 stops per game because odds are, you are putting points on the board every possession

We're going to load up future NFL wide receivers for the QB room.

We had all of that this past season and lost three games. Our offense was arguably the best in college football history and our defense got at least three stops per game.

Other schools can talk about having great receivers, but it helps so much that we can point to the duos of Chase/Jefferson and Malik/BTJ as a pitch-point to these two.
We know how to utilize 2 elite receivers at the same time. Neither one has to play second fiddle.

It's early, kids will commit, decommit, flip, be processed, etc etc etc. It's exciting to see and hear but December when they sign is when the hay is in the barn.

My biggest take away from all of this ?
It is amazing to have the #1 Player and QB in the country so locked in. He's not flirting with other schools, or taking visits to anywhere but LSU.
A leader like that, who sets the example by his actions more than his words will inspire his team mates to do the same.
In the NIL Era, where schools will pay upwards of $5000 just to come on an official visit, it cannot be understated how beneficial Underwood has been for our program, and he's hasn't even taken a snap yet.
