Huge if true. Ohio State reject CBs have been life savers out of the portal for us (yes this is sarcastic).

After playing 195 snaps as a freshman in 2022, including a start against Wisconsin, he played in 48 snaps for the Buckeyes in 2023, playing in the Buckeyes' wins against Youngstown State, Western Kentucky, Purdue and Michigan State.

Brown has nine tackles, three pass deflections and a forced fumble in two seasons at Ohio State

Did he get passed up or hurt?

Confused by the sarcasm… we were down to Zy Alexander, safeties, and a bunch of true freshmen at CB lol.

If true, this is a solid get on paper. New Orleans kid. Highly-rated prospect that has a stupidly high-ceiling. Someone I suspected LSU would entertain. Is a Sophomore, but had nagging injuries shorten his showcasing time on field if I remember correctly. He’ll get right with the right staff. Just to put it like this, a lot of their fans and reporting outlets were calling him “The key to their secondary stability.”

Didn’t realize he is from Louisiana(Warren Easton). Welcome home. Hopefully he is ready to ball out.

Does Julian Humphrey have any ties to La? Have a family member in La? Stayed the night at a La hotel?

Ohio State transfer DBs are becoming an annual tradition. Can we wrap this one in bubble wrap though?

Yeah judging 2 guys who started at Ohio State (who has produced some top tier NFL defensive back talent) who had season ending injuries before they had a chance to make any impact at all is definitely the way to approach this!

JK Johnson will likely start opposite Alexander next year. Pretty good boundary CB duo.

I remember Brown from HS. I think he can help the DB room.
