There was alot of speculation with that bowl game performance that Tenn would desperately overpay and throw a ton of money at the offensive line. I'm afraid that is exactly what happened.

Josh Thompson is a better fit at OG than he is at OT. I really had some concerns with him playing the tackle spot in the SEC after watching some tape of him playing right tackle at Northwestern against guy who aren't top end SEC talented ends.

So IMO there are similar option available for that RT spot that may workout better.
