Falkins was considered a much better prospect and I could see the big offer(s) for him. Paul is a mid-3 star type of prospect. He's got size, but not the right kind of size. He's can move OKAY for that size, but you wonder how much better he could move if he were in shape. Super, super raw.

Don't take what I'm saying as Garrett will go to UF, nothing has been decided. But if that is where he decide he wanted to go I know for a fact they will not turn him away.

Let me make you laugh I just heard they made this move to get a few players from New Orleans so that they have a chance to get Gerald Willis III to commit. But GW III said he's not even cool with this kid, he's friends with LF and Jermaine Roberts from St Aug. and not to bash the kid he's two years from seeing the field anyways. Oh and by the way GW III is all LSU and please board lets keep that quiet I wouldn't want that to get out. Lol

As someone mentioned before, UF is looking to direct the pipe from NOLA to FL... And having someone with close ties to St Aug & NOLA in general is a good start... Oh, and who wouldn't want a top recruit(s) on their roster..

I didn't want to say this, because I'm not knocking the kid at all. I'm glad to see ANY young person get an opportunity. But, I figured his offer was coupled with the hopes of landing another player. But good for Mr. Paul for capitalizing on the opportunity. I hope all goes well for him.

GW111 & Speedy are going to LSU after they have all the fun they want. the same for Quinn. I don't think it will work but I don't disagree with the strategy of oos school taking 1 or 2 marginal guys to try to get established in La. That is the price of admission.
