explain
the sell out thing made it sound like he is obligated to go to LSU and he renegged

i was referring to the constant flaming by fans, fans booing the JC Band during Mardi Gras and the coaches getting heckled at grocery stores. i dont think these things are even remotely related to the sell out quote

Let's talk after his junior year. I think he's a player. His critics will say, when he out played the southern wr signee, that the wr was overrated.

The kid is from LA, and he committed to a team that isn't well liked by LSU's fans. He should expect to take shite for it. It's not like people were threatening his life.

He could have been a starting punt and kickoff returner.

I wish him the best of luck. As far as Joe, I also wish him the best. We played in the NC game and Joe was somewhere else.

Let's get McKnight to LSU so the beef will end.

I'd love for LSU to get him. All reports have been that he is a solid prospect...nowhere near his brothers talent, but still a low 4 star caliber guy.

Obviously still quite gifted athletically and he does share the same intensity that his brother shows.

I'd also expect for LSU to take a few CB/S next year since we really aren't taking that many this year.

By the time J. Mcknight would get to LSU in 2010 our young CBs will finally be getting some age to them. It will be time to get a few more studs...

I think Tony Hurd Jr. out of TX sounds like he is all LSU, so count him in. He'll be a hell of a player (top 100 caliber IMO). I think LSU will probably take 2 CBs and 1-2 Safeties in 2010. (Depending on how we finish out 2009).

It's hard to beat your brother when he's #1 in the country.

I can definitely agree with what your saying though.

The obligation would have been not to drag LSU into his big stage show.....he had NO intentions of ever coming to LSU.

Otherwise, I wish him well........I'm sure he enjoyed watching LSU play for the NC.

I had nothing against JM going to USC until he was saying F LSU at the dome and called Porter a fake etc. How do you think fans are going to respond? And I don't think Curtis has anything against LSU considering Joe is the first player from the school that was offered and didnt come here.

if he is good enough to get playing time at USC along with the other 500 5* RBs then I say yes 100% he would have gotten some playing time.

I agree, he is one of the special ones. I hated to see him leave the SEC. He would have won a heismen for LSU.

No, that would be #20 Kenny Cain

McKnight will ultimately be ranked higher but you and Cajun61 don't know Kenny Cain. He is a man. End of story
