I would assume with Sloan tweeting it’s an offensive player
I sure hope he goes back to being the QB coach. We need a real OC that doesn’t have to learn how to call plays on the fly

Wrong board and get over it. He will be calling plays next year but BK will probably have more input with it like the last couple games of the season

Not sure what’s laughable about that statement. Maybe you’re laughing so that you don’t cry? Dunno

Maybe the fact we had a young inexperienced center and left guard who got man handled most of the year. Or the fact we have no true WR until late in the year. Sloan is not going anywhere. You people need to realize that Kelly is not making ANOTHER OC change. 3 in 3 years with returning heisman frontrunner QB and two stud RBs? Not happening.

If that’s the case, then we need to improve the analyst staff to help him. He and Hankton don’t have nearly enough creativity in the run game as co-OCs. We need guys to help them with the run scheme and play sequencing in general.

What does any of that have to do with mostly shite playcalling?

They were trying to masks the terrible oline play with an immobile qb. Hard to do.

Qb pressure and WR drops also affected what looked like bad play calling. But that doesn’t fit the Sloan sucks narrative that yall created. Forgot yall are smarter than the coaches including Kelly.

We could have had Saquon Barkley and we still wouldn’t be able to run left. Scheme, player doesn’t mean anything when two lineman playing side by side were really bad. We also had a ton of false starts getting us out good run downs.

We were incredibly predictable in the run game, which limited what we could do with what we have. The point is to minimize weaknesses and maximize strengths, and we definitely didn’t do that with run calls.
Watch how some other teams handle the run out of the shotgun. Take a look at the Detroit Lions offense, for example. The shifts misdirection and attacking all across the LOS, rather than focusing a huge percentage of calls on one area. That kind of scheme is perfect to take advantage of a guy like Durham who only needs a small crease to make a positive gain. Same with Harlem Berry next season.
