SI has him as one of their top RBs. There is a video with this article where they discuss his value as a RB threat.

Can definitely see him being used in a split role similar to Percy Harvin or Tavon Austin. Not to mention, it would add another level of confusion for the defense as to how LSU will lineup when we go no huddle on offense.

He is basically Pooka Williams playing receiver. Their run style, speed, and cutting ability are very similar. So dangerous in space

Imagine Trindon Holliday with actual WR skills. That's how dangerous this kid is in our offense.

I would love to watch some RPO "max protect/triple option" shotgun plays involving Ja'Marr Chase and Terrace Marshall wide with Arik Gilbert as a chip-blocking/passing TE, with TDP at fullback and Jo Jo Earle at halfback. Those would be some scary sets.

Yeah his hs uses him in the backfield alot

Makes me think he can bring more of a runnign back mindset to the receiver position and create matchup problems like Clyde did and allow the offense to be that much more multiple

It baffles me that the recruiting services don't have this kid ranked as a 5 star player.

Not one defender on the entire tape had a clean tackle on him. Insanely quick and strong. Cant arm tackle that man.
