He can’t tackle and you want him playing safety? Okay Bo.

Take anything Jimmy says at face value
Most of his predictions are way off base

no way he was a 1st rd pick out of high school. That was straight up hot air

lmfao no it wasn't. He would've been a late first or early second round pick if he hadn't told teams that he would need a large signing bonus to keep him from going to college. You don't know what you're talking about.

We do not have a Centerfield type safety. Delpit could take away the deep ball and that put hampton in a good spot to just play a smaller area/more in the box. Derrick and sage will immediately make our defense better.

Every year 200 kids could be first round picks, until they aren’t.

Hampton high upside, way too much risk to be in that class

But hey if the media classified them as such must be true

He and his crew were all on top of Sage Ryan to LSU. They were spot on, 247 got left in the dust on that one .

I can't remember the last time I've seen terrible safety play from LSU. Probably 2013

This crop is so bad.

He was a thumper last year. I wonder if his play this year has anything to do with his back injury last year in baseball. It might make him a little hesitant to really finish a tackle if he doesn't feel completely healthy.

He made 1 big hit on jalen hurts and TD nominated him the next 1st round DB from LSU

He’s only out there because there is no one else

It would be awesome to have the top two defensive backs for the last two years and the top two safeties of next year

Did you watch him play baseball last year? I realize he had limited reps going into the season but he wasn't good. I saw Jerian Ealy play baseball last season witht the same amount of reps potentially and he was a guy you could watch and say "stud"! Time will tell but Hampton will have a heck of a time breaking into this years Tiger outfield unless he's really swinging it!

I think it’s the players not knowing what they are doing making them hesitant and not playing with confidence. We’ve seen a general decline in play from nearly everyone on defense. If it was just him I’d say he just needs to get it together, but then you look at other guys like Stevens, Logan, Clark, Harris, and Farrell with declining play it has to be something more.

Ask yourself from everyone who logged time in last year’s D, who is playing better than last? Not many.

100%. Langlois is the latest evidence of that. He was even in the know about Raymond’s contract situation.
