Jeremy Hill is a 4-star running back from Redemptorist who recently re-committed to LSU to play football.

Hes not technically guilty of anything really. He cant be considered an adult here because you arent one till you lived out you 18th year and turn 19(i found this out when thinking of establishing a personal bank accoun at 18). Also, the age difference is not that staggering for an 18 year old.

The thing is, was it like peer pressure, or was she being threatened in some way?

Otherwise, it will be thrown out or the crime will be downgraded. I dont think there would be any reason to worry over his future.

However, he does need to control his sexual urges a bit. I dont know of any longterm benefits to propositioning any girl for any type of sex.

The 200+ year old Sodomy Laws are still on the books in La.:

Punishment for the "crime against nature" is a fine of not more than two thousand dollars, or imprisonment, with or without hard labor, for not more than five years, or both

Then in 2003, in Lawrence vs Texas, the US Supreme Court basically ruled that all state sodomy laws are unconstitutional, and are virtually unprosecutable if the act occurred in the privacy of your own home, but it doesn't cover sodomy with prostitutes, animals, and military personnel, home or away.

So even if the girl & Hill were the same age (and were of legal age & had mutual consent), the incident occurred at a school. So not only can he be arrested (which he was), but I assume he can also be prosectuted. But I'm no lawyer.

Botomline: So for consenting adults in Louisiana, don't get a BJ outside your home, until you hear otherwise.
